Definitions & General

  • “Website” – timetoedc.com and all of its subpages.
  • “Company” – DCI TACTICAL LTD.
  • “Customer” – any site visitor/purchaser aged 18+ or with guardian approval.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel and form a binding agreement between you and the Company.
  • All images are for illustration purposes only. We do not sell firearms or market weapons.

Use of the Website

  • Content and checkout are for personal and lawful use only.
  • Do not engage in activities that disrupt the site, scrape data, or infringe third-party rights.
  • The Company may update terms, prices, and specifications without prior notice.

Orders & Payments

  • Order completion requires accurate details and credit-card/PayPal approval.
  • The Company may cancel an order due to out-of-stock, fraud concerns, or technical error.
  • Payments via valid credit card and/or PayPal. Cash payment is possible for local pickup with prior approval.
  • Tax invoice/receipt is issued digitally after transaction approval.

Delivery & UPS Shipping

  • Shipments via UPS across Israel within 2–5 business days from order confirmation.
  • Delivery times exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays.
  • Local pickup available from Gedera with prior coordination.
  • Track shipments via UPS Track.
  • Locker/pickup-point delivery per UPS availability and subject to customer approval.

Stock Availability

Inventory is updated on an ongoing basis. Differences may occur between what is shown and actual stock. In case of shortage, we will contact you to offer an alternative, credit, or order cancellation at your discretion.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Transaction type Key conditions
Standard product Cancelable within 14 days from receipt or order approval (whichever is later), with the product new, unused and in original packaging. A statutory cancellation fee may apply.
Customized product Not cancelable after production begins, except for a material defect or if required by law.
Services Cancelable within 14 days provided the service has not been rendered.
How to request a cancellation/return
  • Contact Customer Support in writing and include order number, ID details, and reason.
  • Customer must pack and return the product complete and intact. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Credit is issued after the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Warranty & Service

  • Product warranty is provided per the manufacturer/importer’s terms. Misuse contrary to instructions is not covered.
  • Wear-and-tear, adjustments and third-party accessories are not covered unless expressly stated.

Privacy & Data Security

We respect your privacy and apply reasonable security measures. Personal information is not shared with third parties except to complete a transaction, comply with the law, or with your consent.

Intellectual Property
