Purchase Cancellation & Its Effects

The customer may cancel a transaction in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations. Below is a summary of the cancellation terms by transaction type. This summary reflects the policy on timetoedc.com and does not constitute legal advice.

Product From the date of purchase and up to 14 days from the product’s receipt or order approval (whichever is later). Subject to lawful cancellation fees. Product must be returned unused, new, and in its original packaging.
Hospitality / Travel / Leisure services Within 14 days from the order or approval (whichever is later), provided the cancellation is made at least 7 non-rest days before the service start date.
Other services Within 14 days from the order or approval (whichever is later). For an ongoing (recurring) service—may be canceled at any time; for a one-time service—notice must be given at least two business days before the service starts.
Non-returnable items No cancellation for customized/made-to-order items, food products, digital content, or items unsealed from their original packaging (to the extent required by law).

A notice missing required details may delay processing. The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information.

Cancellation due to non-delivery or non-conformity

In case of non-delivery on time or material non-conformity, the full amount paid will be refunded without cancellation fees. The product must be returned to the business.

Cancellation for other reasons

For cancellations not due to non-delivery/non-conformity, a refund will be issued less 5% or 100 ILS—whichever is lower, as provided by law. If the product has already shipped, the refund will be processed after it is returned new and sealed. Shipping/return costs are borne by the customer, as well as returning any benefits/gifts received with the order.

Product depreciation

The company may claim compensation for depreciation due to damage, use, assembly, unsealing, or any change in the product’s condition.

Website availability & liability

The service is provided As-Is. No commitment to uninterrupted or error-free availability. The company is not liable for network/communication failures or technical disruptions beyond its control.
